If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase you can return it to us within 21 days of receiving your order.

DELIVERIES

We aim to ship all orders out from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 business days, exlcuding public holidays. We do not ship to P.O boxes. Estimated delivery times for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide is 1-3 working days. For regional areas and other states, delivery times may be longer.

Some of our items are bulky and can attract higher shipping fees. We do our best to keep fees as low as possible.

For orders within Australia we ship with TNT or Couriers Please.
For international orders we ship with FedEx.

RETURNS

Only products purchased from BBALR.com.au can be returned or exchanged.

  • All goods purchased from us must be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date. Custom made orders, water bottles or gift cards cannot be returned.

  • We require proof of purchase for any return or exchange. If you have misplaced your receipt, our customer service team will be able to help.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition. All products will be assessed by the BBALR customer service team before returns/exchanges are approved.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, except where you have used a gift card, in which case we will provide you with a replacement gift card of equivalent value.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be issued back into your bank account from when it is processed by our facility.

  • BBALR accepts the return of faulty or damaged products within 12 months of the original purchase date. We will happily exchange or refund your product with proof of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at russell@bbalr.com.au and include your invoice, a description and photos of the defects.

  • You may be refused a refund or replacement in certain circumstances, including where you have substantially modified or misused the product.

  • We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
