MARAVICH SKILLS WORKOUT

"Pistol" Pete Maravich was an iconic American basketball player, widely regarded as one of the most talented and innovative players in the history of the sport. Born on June 22, 1947, in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, Maravich's unique style of play, exceptional ball-handling, shooting ability, and flashy passing made him a basketball legend. His style was so ahead of its time, featuring flair and self-expression, that it influenced what is now known as the Maravich Drills for improving ball-handling and dexterity.

Aim for 10 reps per drill.
Watch as your speed and ball control improve!

When you have mastered these drills with a regular ball, try adding in a heavy weight basketball for a greater challenge.
